Recommendation 1: Support Direct & Organic Search Traffic

Based on the Traffic Acquisition report, Direct traffic and Organic Search are bringing the most visitors to the NWTC website. Direct traffic had 161,104 sessions, which was about 44.97% of the total traffic. Organic Search was next with 101,612 sessions, or about 28.37%.

Because these two sources make up such a large part of the site traffic, NWTC should continue focusing on keeping important pages easy to find and up to date. For Organic Search, this means making sure page titles, program information, and keywords are clear so students can find NWTC through search engines. For Direct traffic, it also shows that many users already know where they are going, so pages like programs, enrollment, and student resources should stay easy to access.

My recommendation would be for the marketing team to keep supporting SEO while also making sure the main pages students visit most often are clear, current, and simple to navigate.
