Based on the Pages and Screens report, some student-focused pages are getting a lot of views but have shorter engagement times. The Current Students page had 50,223 views, but the average engagement time was only 15 seconds. The Account/Login page had 76,923 views with an average engagement time of 25 seconds.
Since these pages are used by current students often, NWTC should review them to make sure students can quickly find what they need. Short engagement time is not always bad, especially for a login page, but it can still show where pages may need clearer organization, better links, or more direct paths to common resources.
My recommendation would be for the marketing team to review high-traffic student pages and make sure the most important links and resources are easy to find without extra searching.
