Recommendation 3: Optimize for Common Devices & Browsers

Based on the Tech Overview report, visitors are using a mix of operating systems to access the NWTC website. Windows had 102K active users, Macintosh had 52K, iOS had 28K, and Android had 22K. This shows that people are using both desktop and mobile devices to visit the site.

Because visitors are accessing the site in different ways, NWTC should make sure important pages work well across multiple devices. Pages should load correctly on phones, tablets, and computers, and key actions like searching programs, logging in, or finding enrollment information should be easy to complete.

My recommendation would be for the marketing team to regularly test high-traffic pages on desktop and mobile devices so the experience is smooth for all users, not just one type of device.
